Hwook 30 Rolls Gold Foil Washi Tape

Love this set, tape sticks down well and cute designs including some gold foil ones which are nice. There’s a nice variety to choose from. I like it so much I’d buy it again or another kind from this brand.

Super cute washi tape at a reasonable price. Packed nicely in a zipper back and rolled in cellophane. This tape adheres like most washi tape...not as sticky as regular tape, but that’s so it’s easily repositioned. This pack of 30 had a cute variety of designs and a nice length, too. The only issues I had were: 1) “30 rolls gold foil” was actually 15 rolls with gold foil, 15 plain. Most of the patterns are cute, but two are odd and I’m not quite sure what the images are. 2) The days-of-the-week tape is missing Saturday and has Sunday twice (see pic). But, you get what you pay for, so I’m giving it 5 stars even though it probably only deserves 4. Overall I’m very pleased and would buy again, especially if the “days-of-the-week tape” was fixed.

I love using washi tape in my planner, even though I haven't been using my planner much (Thanks COVID). There are some really cute designs in this set. One thing I like is that the tape wasn't too thin. One time I bought washi tape from the craft store and the quality was awful, it kept tearing when I was peeling it off the roll. This tape is not waxy or plastic feeling like some tapes either. I was able to layer my planner stickers over them with no problems. The gold is cute and I like that it doesn't flake off (I even tried to scratch it to see if it would flake off and it didn't). I had no issues with the adhesive not sticking. On the photo I've included, I used the tape two days prior and it's not peeling or lifting up at all. This is great washi tape and I can't wait to decorate my planner spreads with it every week!

These are great tapes! There's lots of different types - some are super cute and others aren't my style, but I am planning (and more than happy!) to gift the extras to my nephews. Otherwise there was a really good variety of tapes and they are high quality and easy to use. Ability to remove depends on the type of paper - my midori it was easy to remove, but when I tried to peel one off my stalogy notebook, it took some paper along with it.

Absolutely love the fun patterns on these tapes, I'm only disappointed that I have already created my June monthly spread in my planner and have to wait until July to start using these!! :p I have tested out a couple though and the adhesiveness is as expected - on easy / can peel off.

I got these to do more crafting with my son, to open up my mind to be more creative. It worked. Love these. Things I love: So many different and beautiful designs. The gold really stands out nicely. I've used these in so many crafts. My toddler can use the tape without needing scissors. Things I don't love so much: I wish there were more groups of tape that worked well with each other, like the same color palette. Over all these are great. And I love that they have a little bag I could put them back in and use to store them. *The pictures are of a old picture frame that I covered the back cardboard in tape then use it as a little white board. I was going to cover the frame too but the gold really worked well with the gold in the tape. *My toddler and I used the tape to make a sail for a little popsicle sail boat we made. Worked great for that.

I've never bought or used washi tape before. Neither did I even know what it was. That is, until I started making journals. These are ingenious. Instead of using scotch tape to add pictures or misc. to the journal...you add a decorative tape that is not only cute but it is versatile and can be removed and reapplied several times, if you have problems getting your pictures straight. Oh...and they can cover up little mistakes you make...which I am guilty of. I am just learning the journal making process. These aren't limited to just journals. You can put them in photo albums, that's logical...You can add them to your planner or to put artwork on the refrigerator. I've used them to make tabs for my poetry notebooks. I've also added them to the clear plastic in a photo album that I converted into a folder to store a multitude of stickers, stamps, tags, journaling cards, cut outs, etc...this makes it so much easier to open the sleeve and take out individual pieces. Like I said...This is my 1st time using washi tape. I'm sure the possibilities are boundless for their use. I am definitely going to buy more. These are awesome! Please keep in mind...these tapes are not meant to be used to add strength to your project. They are for decorative purposes only. Let's not forget 1 great aspect of this product though...there are a variety of patterns in the pack and the price won't blow your budget. You have to try these...
