Pretty much how it looks in the picture
Pretty much how it looks in the picture. Glad that it has a little bit of heft. The top part just rests on top of the bottle - I thought it would have screwed in. As long as our toddler can't reach it, I think it'll be ok. We haven't actually installed in on the wall, so I can't say much about that part.
