I didn't know which brand I was getting, but Ecotherm was delivered which was fantastic. It was delivered on the date specified, at lunchtime, and was damage free. The delivery driver was very helpful with bringing it in and overall a very good purchase. If I need to buy again I will definitely do so as it was cheeper than going to a DIY shop. I could have got it for less from a discount online website but from experience I've found they can be unreliable. 5 out of 5.

Brilliant product, good price, crap delivery. It was just thrown into the garden. They never even knocked to let us know it was there.
