Maternal America Women's Maternity Belly Support Pencil Skirt

This skirt has been great for work. However, it runs VERY small. I'm usually a medium, but based on the sizing chart ordered x-large -- and it fits! But it may not fit through the last month of pregnancy.But, considering that I had trouble finding ANY maternity work skirts (Gap, Old Navy, Target) that were appropriate for work and not outrageously expensive, I was happy with this.

For me it fits perfectly. I am 5 feet and 110 pounds. Usually a small in maternity clothes is too large and frumpy looking for me. The other reviews noted that it tended to run small, but it was perfect for my frame. The quality of the fabric is nice too. Most maternity skirts are jersey-like. This skirt is appropriate for professional wear.

I tried on a lot of maternity pencil skirts at several maternity stores and was appalled by how expensive they were compared to what poor quality they were. This one, while not quite up to non-maternity suiting standards, is by far the nicest looking of all of the ones I tried. It does run slightly small, but only a little bit.

average material, decent as a maternity skirt, fabric could be thicker. does not wrinkle, which is a plus. relatively flattering. fold rather than a true slit on the back.

A good work skirt that is comfortable and professional. My only complaint is that the maternity waistband is somewhat short so it stops mid-belly and therefore shows through many pregnancy tops as a line across your belly.

Does not fit well. too big.

Decent career skirt but runs SMALL - I'm on the low end of the "medium" on the size chart but this was way too snug around the butt and legs. I will reorder in the next size up though-- the material is nicer than I expected (not wool but try finding a maternity suit that is), and has enough stretch that I can still comfortably ride my bike.
