Both the LED full spectrum day bulb and the LED UV bulb used together is 8% UVA and .04% UVB which simulates sunshine. A must have for your bird's!! Defiantly makes a huge difference in your bird and it's health.

Large bulb began strobing after only 3 weeks in daytime. Defective.
The media could not be loaded. Had a family emergency out of state, forgot to pack the full spectrum bulb (the flashing one) to take with me and mail for return. The USB bulb worked OK. Now it is too late to return. Used 3 weeks in day time. Money wasted.

I have just started using these bulbs with the adapter. Having this adapter allows me to have both bulbs in one fixture which is a huge help. Much better than having to clutter my cage top with two separate fixtures as I had been doing.And I am a believer in the benefits of Featherbrite bulbs for my birds. The birds are happier and healthier than ever.

Excellent for Macaw room
My macaw has his own room. This is perfect for by his cage. Easy to install in floor lap (removed the lamp hood). set it up with an Alexa plug so it comes on and off at a certain time. Very good set up for my bird to get his Vitamine D indoors.

As advertised. Everything you need is included. Don't know how long it will last as we just put them in, but they work great!

These bulbs keep my budgies happy and healthy
I have two budgies and they require sunlight daily to maintain overall health. These bulbs provide full spectrum light for birds. The bulbs are expensive but so worth it. I have been using them for many years.
