They give just the right amount of support — firm enough to ease swelling but not so tight that they feel restrictive. On days I wear these, I notice little to no swelling at all. CRUCIAL COMPRESSION SOCKS FOR MEN & WOMEN After I received the Shingles vaccine in September I was hit hard with Guillain-Barre Syndrome which causes your body to attack itself....I could not walk and my arms were very weak. I am FINE now and recovering after many tests, five days in the hospital, two weeks as a resident at rehab, and then a month of rehab as an out patient. I now wear these CRUCIAL COMPRESSION socks daily. I am happy to report I am walking, able to function normally. Thank God!!! These socks feel SO good on my legs. While supportive, they do not feel the least bit uncomfortable while wearing. They give me plenty of support. My legs feel so much better when I am wearing them. My husband has to help me put them on as they are tight but then we are good to go. I have no trouble removing them by myself. They are easy to care for -- I hand wash and hang up to dry. They are ready for me the next morning. You can machine wash; however, it is recommended not to put them in the dryer. Do not iron or bleach either. I was surprised to learn that most of the nurses and rehab techs, along with my own doctor, wear compression socks daily since they are on their feet all day. They do provide support, comfort, help prevent swelling, along with just making your legs feel so good. They help you recover faster and help prevent injury and relieve pain. These CRUCIAL COMPESSION socks are so comfortable and helpful for my needs. If you find you need support or have a job where you never sit down, check these out. 4/5 stars, for great comfort, easier to put on then my old TED compression socks, and compresses my foot very well. 1 star taken away since they're larger that stated. I'm 6'2" tall 280# with a size 13 shoe and 20" calf circumference, not exactly a small guy. I need compression socks because I'm a diabetic with edema (swelling of the ankles and calves). I got the XXL size based on my shoe size on the size chart. Next time I will get a size smaller since the XXL go over my knee (should go to just below my knee). There's a seam at the toe and a small seam at the heel, neither of which make an impression on my foot after a long day or bother me when i wear the socks (pictures are from the inside). If there's additional seams, I cant find them. Some of these fancy compression socks are made by sewing together multiple pieces of fabric, the seams of which will leaves lines on you legs. These Crucial Compression socks don't leave lines on you skin because aside from the heel and the toes, its a seamless tubular construction. The seams it does have I can't feel them so they don't bother me in any way. The material is like a stretchy cloth weave (one of the pictures is a close-up of sock) and is easier to put on than the TED compression socks I got from the hospital. I have regular tube socks that remind me of this stretchy cloth weave, but of course they don't stretch as much. I'm buying more next month since I found a good brand that works well and is made well. That said, make sure you follow the care instructions and always air dry without heat -- that's true for all compression socks, not just this brand. If you toss them in the dryer, they will expand and lose their elasticity very quickly.

Arrived when expected. Good quality and fit like they really are 20-30mmHg. I've bought others that were listed as this strength but were really just regular socks. I've ordered another pair.

I like these socks. I bought large-X-large version and they took some time pulling them on, but once I got them on they were excellent compression and comfortable. My shoe size is 11 and I sit for long periods of time in my office at work, so these are a great help and for me they appear to be of very good quality. Toes are loose and do not cramp them. I like these as much or better than Truform brand, these are not as stretchy, but they fit nice. Overall, the socks are exactly as described and I will buy more and recomment them, just make sure you pay attention to the size. Also, mine fit just below the knee for those wondering how high up they go. At first they make you wonder if they will fit, as they appear smaller than they are, but once you get them on, they are very nice socks in my opinion.

Good quality, but they were way too big. The picture shows them to come below the knee, but even being 6' 1" tall, they still came up over the knee and then rolled into the back of the knee. This was too constricting on the back of my knee, so I had to return

I have suffered from severe swelling around one of my ankles since undergoing a limb salvage surgery in 2019. I also have severe chemical induced neuropothy in both feet which I take 900- 1200mg of medication for daily. I bought the Crucial Graduated compression socks hoping to limit the amount of fluid building up so I could enjoy doing things with my kids without having to "put the leg up". I didnt have any high expectations, especially since the hospital ones didnt work. Well, I am FREAKING AMAZED!! I put these on the morning after I got them. They are comfortable, easy to put on just snug enough in all the right places, and felt soooo good. I wore them ALL day. My feet and affected leg felt so good all day that I forgot to take my neuropothy meds! I ended up only taking 400mg all day!! I didnt have to stop at all all day! At the end of the day, when I took them off my ankle and leg were NOT SWOLLEN at ALL!!!. I was dumbfounded. I put on a another pair the next day and same results and only 1/3 of my normal med for neuropothy. I WILL be ordering more. I had bought 4 pair but decided to send a pair to my mom who has RLS and a pair to my dad who is on his feet all day to see if they like them. These socks are truly a game changer for me. I have active kids and these socks are what I needed to " stay in the game". I will be telling my oncologist and orthopedic doctor about these so they can recommend these to other patients to help with neuropothy pain and swelling from surgery. You wont be disappointed buying these socks. I wear a size 8.5-9 womens and bought 1 sm/ md and 3 lg/xlg. I prefer the lg/xl sized.

I have tried several different companies, and this company makes the best compression stockings. I had to have surgery on my right foot, so now it is wider than it use to be. I had difficulty finding compression stockings that would fit. These stockings not only fit that foot, but they fit thicker legs as well. I like that they are more like a pair of socks than other brands. My feet didn't get warm wearing these in hot weather. I found them to be very breathable. They didn't leave marks on my skin and were comfortable enough to wear all day. I have wore them on long car trips and they helped with the swelling in my legs and feet. The size I wear was a little long, so i folded the top over. It was fine all day. It didn't hurt or cut my circulation. I find many of the stockings are to long, but when I fold them over they hurt, and leave a mark in my skin. These wash well and the colors are vibrant. I like them so much I will be buying more. I hope this company makes some more in different colors and patterns.
