Good value

Not as expected

On the pictures it looks a different shape. I wanted a square one.I have tried to send it back but will have to pay for cost of postage which will be as high as cost of umbrella.Been contacting seller but only given a partial refund on something I don't want.Description needs to be clearer in pictures.

Hard to erect

The umbrella is a nice size, but I think I'm missing a pulley on one side as its really difficult to erect. Haven't contacted vendor to check as been too busy. If you are meant to have 2 pulleys on stem of umbrella please check because mine didn't. Dont know if its a design flaw or that is how they are supposed to be.

Felt like amazing quality but faulty

The umbrella itself felt really sturdy and the material was lovely and thick but unfortunately it had to be returned. This was due to the pole not having a pin/chain as shown in the images so there was no way of holding the umbrella up!!
