Great product and customer service. They sent the wrong one at first but I just messaged them through the system and they quickly sent the right one. It's a fantastic taser all around. There are pointy tips to jab someone if needed, there are metal strips on the side that also provide the shock in case someone grabs it to try and take it away and there is a wrist strap that if it does get taken away it will pull the pin and disable the devise so it can't be used against you. The carrying sheath a little flimsy but it's good enough. The flashlight works great, it rotates between a steady beam and a strobe which comes in handy when I'm on the run facing traffic so I can be better seen. I carry this on my runs and walks since my and my Dog are constantly chased and attacked by unleased dogs, this helps quite a bit!!! It's very light and easy to carry, good size all around.

My device was missing the pin and any paperwork that would inform you of its existence (they did send one to me yet it literally crumbled in one day). This device after about 1 day developed a freaking short!!! The flashlight (even though may be off or on) haphazardly goes off and on; sometimes staying on and of course running out the battery. This is NOT the kind of thing you want to have a short in!! Let me tell you! Last, the cord is hella short where u can’t even plug into a wall socket without it dangling in the air.

Very powerful and would hate to be on the other end of it.

I got this for my mom because she wanted a taser, but not a “baby taser” as she put it. If she has to use it she said she wanted to put someone down for a while. She hasn’t had to use it, thank God, but she has switched it on and let’s just say …. that thing is kinda powerful.

So far so good. Bought this for my 18 year old daughter who just moved into her 1st apartment. Explained all the safety precautions and explained how to use it. Then was showing her how to use it, when is shocked myself, lol. I can honestly say what I felt for just the half a second I pressed the button, it should do really well if someone gets it for more than a full second.
