Stays secure
Broke wrist six weeks ago and wanted to return to water aerobic classes. Wrapped wrist with tape for 2 hour class. Stayed secure and gave enough pressure to move freely. Plan to use for the next few weeks.

My New Sticky Bra- no more back fat! ♥️
This tape is sooooooo much better than Duck Tape and Gaffers tape for taping your breasts! Okay, "boobs". There, I said it! I've tried everything I can as a sticky bra including actual sticky bras and nothing stays put like this tape!! The first time I wore it, I for it for 2 days straight (including overnight) and it stayed PERFECTLY. I could feel it kind of pulling a tad here and there and itching in a place or two but nothing that kept my attention too long; however, during day 2 and especially towards the end of the 2nd day it got so much worse. I had an idea that I might be blistering- I do that with BandAids and adhesive products (my husband warned me)- but it wasn't hurting, just itching. I felt almost like I had dry skin. Then I could feel little bumps under the tape, so I knew I needed to remove it. Luckily it was bedtime, so my husband helped too. We used coconut oil as an article had suggested (and to make sure I didn't rip open any blisters) but realized in subsequent uses that it is completely unnecessary. Just PULL THE TAPE SLOWLY. That's it! All the pics of ripped skin from others, I'm POSITIVE is a result of them simply ripping the tape off too quickly. You cannot rip this tape off! I haven't gotten any blisters again bc I don't clean my skin before applying the tape now and I don't wear it for days in a row anymore to avoid the blisters. It has worked amazingly! It is definitely waterproof and it curves and moves well with my body without creasing or slipping. It definitely isn't stiff like Duck Tape and Gaffers Tape either and won't pop off bc of sweat like they do. Try it! No more back fat either bc of our uncomfortable bras! You can probably also use it to tape your thighs and arms too (not that I am suggesting that, but I know they do sell expensive tape for that purpose). I love this tape!

Solid Tape
Decent tape for hands. They do have a nice stick and can last.

Very adhesive!
Best KT tape I have ever purchased! The only one I truly trust to stay put on my long runs!

Works but it pulled my skin off.
I used it for belly support and it helped so much. I followed all the directions, cleaning my skin to prep it and applied with no stretch... My husband applied the one strip on my back with light stretch and writhing a day it was bunched up, peeling off, and really itchy... so I decided to remove it. well, when I pulled it off following the directions by anchoring my skin and slowly pulling the tape from one end to another. It literally ripped my skin off in 3 places on one strip (the one on my back). So, I decided to take the belly ones off but I drenched them in vitamin e and coconut oil and it didn’t lift any parts of my skin on those but it did leave welts. I will say I have very sensitive skin and pregnancy might make my skin more sensitive to things like this. I am going to try another brand before giving up because it really really did help. I would advise to use a small strip in one area for a few days to see how your skin reacts... by reading some reviews it seems some have had the same issues.

Excellent product!!
SB SOX kinesiology tape is terrific for lending light support to injured body parts. I've used other brands in the past, but the SB SOX tape is more forgiving and sticks better. Yes, you will probably need to use the yank-and-shriek method for removing the tape because, if you've applied it correctly, it probably won't come off on it's own. IMO, pulling it off isn't a big deal at all unless a lot of body hair is involved. The tape can stay stuck for weeks, but it should be removed after one week to allow the skin to breathe. Pulling it off after it's gotten completely wet in the shower works best. Otherwise, after bathing just blot it lightly to remove excess moisture. I sometimes use a hair dryer for quicker drying. Some key points for successful application: 1) Clean the area with rubbing alcohol. 2) Measure the length you will need and cut the tape an inch or so shorter than the area you plan to cover. 3) Round the corners of the tape. 4) Tear the paper backing in half vertically, roughly in the middle of the strip you've cut (the fabric will not tear), and turn the cut edges of the paper back to expose several inches of fabric. These cut edges are where you will hold onto the tape as you apply it. Try to avoid getting your fingers on the adhesive. 5) Place the exposed piece of fabric in about the middle of the area you want to tape, stretching it slightly (up to about 25%). Continue to work your way to the end of the strip, stretching and attaching one end at a time. Remove paper backing as you go. Do NOT stretch the last couple of inches at either end of the tape. Application of any kinesiology tape gets easier after you've done it a few times. Meanwhile, not to worry if you get a few small wrinkles during the application. There are a number of tutorials available online for correct application methods. In some cases, as with a meniscus tear, applying a double strip of tape horizontally over the meniscus, along with a single strip vertically on either side of the kneecap, seems to work best. Also, to go with the great quality, this tape is a great deal!! Couldn’t recommend it enough!!!

Sticker than Walmart brand
I actually loved it, I’ve been using sorts of different tapes and by far this is the best. It’s got great adhesive and is water proof. Removal was easy for me, I’ve always used coconut oil, let it sit on the tape for 15-20mins and remove. A lot of people just go to rip it off which can cause blisters. Be careful and educate yourself on how to use these
