Craftsmanship
This sink came with the smallest scratch. It was upsetting and sad at first, but in light of the gorgeous craftsmanship involved and the low price compared to many.....I just couldn't bring myself to return it after all.

Need better packaging!
I'm so sad! I was excited to get this sink today until I opened it and it's all scratched on the top front edge.
