I have IBS and have tried a lot of different Probiotics. My gastro even recommended ALIGN which was horrible for me since I am Lactose & Tolerant it has milk in it. After searching several webs site and do to the fact I have Endometriosis as well doesn't help one of the ladies on the blob advised me of this Probiotics. I bought this after reading positive reviews from people with colitis. I have colitis, and a number of other autoimmune issues, that require strict diets and medication. But, have not had any luck in treating the colitis. Gave this a shot a couple of months ago, and have had the first improvement in years. It has helped with the bloating as well. Will continue to repurchase this product.

It’s easy to take and gentle on the stomach, but the results weren’t dramatic for me. Might work better for others.

I gave this to my son who is on the spectrum and has digestion issues after reading about gut to brain health. This worked well for him but didn't give to him every day as it worked too well. I need to order again soon.

My low review is not because of the seller or delivery. The product just did not work for me. It had a reverse effect really. I started taking it and my symptoms got worse each day, almost as if I was not taking anything at all. So after 5 days, I stopped and went back to my old probiotic.
