Nice little tank
Nice little tank, its leak-free and has clean seems. Too small for fish, so I put a few plants in there plus some micro ramshorn snails. The light it came with wasn't bright enough, so I'm using a different light.

Nice Little Betta Tank!
This is a great small tank! Glass and solid except for the plastic lid. The light works well and we haven’t minded plugging and unplugging it to turn it on and off, as there is no switch. The light is plenty bright. I think this tank is a good size for a betta. Easy to set up and clean. It’s actually very pretty and nice to look at. No leaks or issues! A good value.

Sleek rimless glass tank with garbage stock LED
Pros: - very sleek rimless glass tank. Trust me, it looks freaking awesome - small space requirement and looks very nice on a desk - lid is pretty well thought out: covers a good majority of the edge to prevent jumpers flying out, has a center hole large enough for light to shine through and to feed your fish, and has a small gap at the back to allow clip on lights and heater cords, etc. Con: - stock LED is dim. It works if you just want it to shine at your betta, but it's not good enough for any plants other than maybe duckweed and anubias. If you want a planted tank like I did, you almost must invest into another light option, or a window with adequate sunlight. - it's a small tank. It's very difficult to keep stuff alive if you don't know what you are doing - again, it's a small tank... which means finding equipment for it is tough. A filter for it without eating up a significant amount of space is basically impossible. I tried the smallest HOB filter I can find (Azoo Mignon) but the filter looks as wide as the tank itself and is just plain ugly and looks like a kid with a backpack bigger than himself, so I kind of give up on the idea of filter on this tank. Basically, if you care about looks, filter is probably out of the equation and you have to think of something else creative, like Walstad method tank, which is what I did with mine. If you really must have a filter, I would suggest doing a air pump sponge filter. Same with heater, it's hard to fit a glass tube heater and still look nice. The only ones I have found that would fit this and still look decent is the Marina c10 and the aquatop nano 15w, but these plastic heater, even with pre-adjusted temperature, generally don't perform as well as the glass one. They do the job at keeping a relatively stable warm temperature, but don't have high expectation on them. - weirdly bad quality control on these tanks. Maybe it's the low price point, or maybe the inventory has some bad stocks, but I feel like all of these tanks have varying degrees of minor scuffs and scratches on the glass walls. I had to get two of these, and find the one the least scratches and return the other one. They are not major, but I wasn't very happy paying 20 bucks for a beautiful rimless 1 gallon glass cube that comes with scuffs and scratches. Overall, pretty happy with this. It's small, it's rimless, it's glass, it's sleek, it's affordable, and it's exactly what I wanted to build a nano planted tank. But it's not a tank for everyone. It's not a toy and probably not a Christmas gift for your kid (unless your kid knows how to run a nano planted tank, then ok, this tank is awesome for him/her), because it won't be easy to keep a betta alive in this tank. If you want a simple home for betta, get a 2.5 gallon one that comes with a filter. But if you are looking for a very sleek looking nano rimless glass tank for your nano aquascape project, this tank will be perfect. So think carefully and do more research before you buy this.

Received a used tank with the box taped together
Just got this today. I ordered this one, and a plastic tank from another brand. I placed two separate orders since this was glass, and I wanted to be sure it didn't get damaged in shipping bumping against the other tank. For some reason both orders were shipped in one box with just a strip of plastic air bags tossed in. Thankfully this did not break in shipping. However, I was very disappointed when I took the box out and saw that the Marina box had clearly been torn open and was covered in a lot of clear packing tape to hold it together. The flaps that should've been inside were on top and taped down, covering the picture on top of the box. I realized it was because the box had been torn open and that was the only way they could close it. When I finally got the rest of the tape off, I noticed that the small box that holds the light had also been ripped open and the light was shoved back into it. There were a couple of small pieces of styrofoam inside to help protect it, but not enough for all sides. The aquarium itself did not appear damaged, although one of the seams where the two pieces of glass connect was a little off. It's not that noticeable, but as a result the plastic lid will not sit flush on top of the tank, one corner always flips up. As for the design itself, I really like the glass cube, but I hate the way the light attaches. There's just a little notch out of the plastic that is not flexible and you have to force it down onto the side of the tank, which wouldn't matter much if the side was plastic, but it's glass. I do like that the light is removable at least, in case I decide to ever use the tank as a planter. The light doesn't appear to have an off switch, if it's plugged in it's on. Although the top center of my light is pushed in a bit on one side, so perhaps it's supposed to and mine is stuck. I'm just extremely disappointed that I received what was obviously a return. I checked my order and it listed the condition as brand new. I don't think I was missing any parts, but there were also no instructions. I couldn't return it even if I wanted to, because removing the many layers of clear tape destroyed what was left of the box. Right now I have it sitting full of water to make sure it doesn't leak before I trust it with a fish. I bought this as temporary housing for baby fish, and later I'll probably use it as a quarantine tank. I just don't like the idea that something I'm using for a live animal was not in the new condition it was promised as. The price has gone up in the two days since I ordered as well. If you're trying to picture the size, take a cd jewel case, add about an inch to the top, and that's roughly the side of each side.. As another reviewer stated, the hole in the top would probably allow a fish to jump out, so I'll have to cover it with something like they did. Overall, I like the minimalist look of it, but I wouldn't recommend the seller.

Es Preciosa, diseño bonito compacto y minimalista. Es perfecto para mi Betta. Lo único que mejoraría es que trajese el led incorporado, es un poco trasto…

This is a nice tank, would have been 5 stars if it wasn't advertised for bettas. It would be cruel to keep a fish in a tank this small. I keep some sea monkeys in here and java moss, and am planning on some triops soon. Had to get an adapter for the light, and the circle in the middle means dust gets in easily, but besides that it's a nice desktop tank. Would advise keeping plants in here and not fish.

I loved it because:- I really wanted a table top tank to have my beta due to space constraints. This is a compact yet comfortable size for Beta It is a good quality, good looking product. Only thing you need to think before buying is that it cannot accommodate normal size heaters... Or any filter.... It is too small for that Honesty, if you wish to give heater and filter to your Betta, go for something bigger. After putting sand and decoration , this tank can hold 2 liters of water.

Do 5 stelle perche le merita tutte.

Merci beaucoup. Cet aquarium est magnifique.
