Battery completely failed after 30 day return ended, Seller provides no contact information
This battery is junk, failed to hold any charge right after return option ended. Seller claims to provide 12 month replacement warranty and 24h email support but there is no email listed. I sent them message on the "have a question" form on their Seller profile but never received a reply. Here is their Motto: We strive to provide high quality products and customer services. To make customers 100% satisfy is our business goal. All customer service issues are usually handled within 12 hours.
