Has anyone received boxes were the flavor packets were gummy and kind of solid? Is this harmful?

All of the flavor packets in my chicken Rice-A-Roni were fine. Some were a bit solid, but they tasted fine. I didn't notice any of them being gummy.

Is this really a 12 pack?

It’s supposed to be 12 boxes but they keep screwing up and only sending 1 box.
