Essential for drilling into hard metals
Got expensive drill bits for drilling into metal? Buy this cutting oil. Not only does it help to protect the drill bits and hole cutters, it also makes the drilling go faster. We bought a set of cobalt bits for putting up a metal pipe-frame structure, because much of it required putting in so-called 'self-tapping' screw-bolts -- where the 'self-tapping' part was a joke, especially on curved steel pipes. The cutting fluid/oil made a world of difference for drilling pilot holes. I also used the CRS 03400 on some Greenlee hole cutters for going through the side of a steel building and it helped a lot. The nice thing about this cutting fluid over 3-in-1 or other cutting oils I've used in the past is this is nice and thick and will stay on the drill bit pretty decently. Definitely recommended.

don't breath it in, but otherwise it works
they give all sorts of warnings not to breath this stuff in. the liquid is like a corn syrup. and from my general tests it seems to work well enough. i drill through bed rail (the thing that holds your bed up, makes great angle iron and everyone throws it away). but i was never able to make a hole without a lot of yelling. the material would get harder the longer i tried, or near the bend it always seemed to be harder. even with the cutting oil i was using it never worked. i used this stuff and i was able to cut through it without issue. i still have to try a bigger bit, i used a 1/4" but always had issues cutting it. used to destroy all by bits. you will want to put this into a smaller bottle though, this one is clumsy though it does have a small release hole. its a bit pricey for what it is, but got a great review on you tube when he experimented with this and other things, even bacon grease, it was a weird video. but you get a lot, so i figure this will last me the rest of my life.

Good quality cutting/tapping oil, but the bottle sucks.
Nice cutting/tapping oil at a great price point. It's thick, it sticks, it's slippery enough but not too slippery. Basically, what you'd expect in a cutting/tapping oil. I don't have any complaints about the oil, but the bottle it comes in sucks. Well, the bottle is okay but the spout is the worst. It's the square type that leaks when you look at it. If it ends up on its side, you'll have an oil spill on the bench. The spout itself is too short and can't reach anything, definitely not anything and not be in your way. Forget about using it at the drill press. After using it, oil manages to sit in the space where the tip nests into the top and makes a mess. In any case, I suppose most readers will have an idea of the spout I'm describing. It sucks, and especially for an oil. Be prepared to have a different bottle for dispensing. Bottom line, the oil is a 5 star, the bottle is an unenthusiastic 2 star. FWIW, I've found that old rooster sauce bottles work well. Minus the writing they are clear, the spout is more of a cone, the tip can actually reach into spots without blocking your vision, and FAR less mess because the tip doesn't fold into a valley, but just goes up/down.

Makes drilling easier
This oil has worked real well for me drilling through metal. You can definitely tell that it works when drilling. A complaint I have about it is when trying to put oil on the bit or in the hole it is a little hard to not waste some every time and when you stay the bottle back up you have oil running down the sides making it very slippery to hang onto. I might try to put it in a spray bottle. I wish they offered a squirt model instead of just a pour bottle.

lots of fluid, good price, preserves your cutting edge!
used with some cobalt bits and a Milwaukee d-handle drill from the 60s to drill multiple 5/16, 3/8, and 1/2" holes in 3/8" and steel plate and slightly thinner angle for mounting a winch to an F250. This stuff is great, can't believe I ever drilled without it. I noticed some of the other oils are in a tiny container - I like that you get a ton with this one because I used it very liberally to preserve my bits. Wasn't taking a chance because when you are in the middle of nowhere and only have a few or no spare bits...you don't want to break or wear out a bit. good bang for buck.

Love it! *edit* warning!
I may have lied on the easy to clean with 5 stars, but I love this stuff. It sticks to the part even at higher RPM. My tools stay sharper/longer. I’m not smelling it burn like I do with some of the bigger names in the tapping and magic world. Use this, you’ll AT LEAST, will really like it. *edit One bit of warning! If not immediately cleaned from vice or ways ...it will STAIN I won't take off stars for this as it works very well, but a warning on the bottle would have been helpful. You have been warned...now be safe!

Best cutting fluid period
This is my favorite cutting fluid of all time. I keep some on my bench in an oil can and the rest in the original container. I use it for drilling, tapping, etc. Not much more can be said, it does what it's designed to do and it does it very very well. It usually lasts me a long time but whenever I run out, I always buy another. I've tried all of the others, and I always come back to Truetap.

Super Duty Tapping Fluid
Superior Quality. I use it on Stainless Steel , Carbon Steel and it perform excellent. The chips comes out looks clean not as dark or burnt compare to other tapping fluids. Water does not penetrate the chemicals. There is a little bit synthetic odor smell only when you stick your nose close to it. There is virtually no smell when you 4 feet away from the oil. The oil does not evaporate when leave it out in an open air. Helps keep my taps last longer. In the past I use Molly Dee tapping fluids and get tire of the strong odor and come back the next morning discover the fluid evaporate a little bit each day. This CRC True Tap HD is a perfect replacement.

Realmente sí hace que tus brocas perforen y dure más el filo de las mismas, aparte siento que hasta el taladro se forza menos. Saludos...
