Having hurt my arm, this item was used at my physical therapy appointments. Thus I purchased this so that I could continue to exercise my arm with the exercises the PT shared with me.

I used this at the Physical Therapy Facility after my knee replacement and my therapist also showed me exercises to do with it to help my back pain, so I bought one to use at home. It is just as pictured & described. It does take up the corner of my bedroom, but I use it often enough, with great benefit, so I don’t really mind it taking up so much space. It is very thick and will probably last a lifetime ! Good price.

My PT recommended this brand , and I see why! These balls are durable , huge , pump up easily , don’t leak air , and are a great value for the money !

The ball itself is OK. I had to take 2 stars away because .... it needs to be blown up by the buyer! It arrived collapsed, like an uninflated balloon. This was NOT mentioned in the description ... I assumed the ball would come in a large box, ready to use. Detailed instructions were included; however, I had none of the equipment needed to blow it up. I asked around; finally found a kind-hearted bike shop owner who had the proper equipment and blew it up for me. Be aware of this before you order.
