doese it come with 500 sleves or 100?

There's 100 in a pack so if you buy 5 packs you get 500 which I would probably do because I use them up fast.

If you mean, does one fit in a pocket in a page that holds 9 cards with the card in it, then yes.

How well do these sleeves hold up to repeated use (changing cards & game play)? Anyone have some rip on them?

I own like 5000 of these in various games. I have had just 1 ever rip, plus a few other that got dirty or whatever, dirt that would have ruined a card. So I've replace a total of maybe 5. Maybe another 2 or 3 in all that were defective. Some of them have been played with dozens of times with no trouble. So good quality.
