Great!
Awesome looking and seems to be very well built. I gave it 4 stars ONLY because it took me a while to get the LED light to work. I had to take the batteries out of it and remove them from a piece of a straw that was being used to keep them in place and was apparently keeping the batteries from making a strong connection. Other than a few technical difficulties on my end it is an awesome product and very well priced. I would recommend this item if you have an knife enthusiast in the family, makes a great addition to their collection.

maybe all the bad reviews got their attention
I have had no issues with the knife, maybe all thebad reviews got their attention, and the issues weretaken care of.For one, my knife came with a working flash light, andit was not hard to figure out how it worked. The blade had a good edge to it, and a very sharp point. The knife does have a bit of weight to it, but that is whatmakes it a go to general purpose tool. The feature I like best is, the "assisted opening" feature, aeasy flick of the thumb, and your blade comes out with adistinctive, and scary sounding click, that will get someonesattention. My only complaint is, The SEAL TEAM 6 logo is on the blade, and will wear off. Can't be beat, for the price.

Made in China
I appreciate that most things are made in China, a gift from Congress to a country that sells and steals most of our product ideas BUT a Seal Team 6 knife made in china. Are you telling me that AMAZON couldn't find a manufacturer in the good ole USA. REALLY. If I had known, I would have passed it over in a heartbeat. It's cheap steel with a blue paint job. As a MC vet, shame on AMAZON for peddling a chinese trinket. Maybe Seal Team 6 will visit Jeff Bezos some cold, dark night and explain the need to sell more AMERICAN products. LOL

The first one is that it is a little trigger happy, you can barely touch it and it opens
I have a couple problems with this knife. The first one is that it is a little trigger happy, you can barely touch it and it opens. Literally you can touch any part of the blade and it's opening, even in your pocket. My second issue is that on the gold seal it was lopsided and the gold paint on the blue part of the knife.Although it had some issues it is a rather good fair knife for the cost. It has a good blade that is decently sharp and the flashlight works.

Could have been 5 stars
The knife itself gets 5 stars. Awesome especially for the price or if you are a Navy Seal fan. Took a bit to figure the flashlight out. You have to peel apart the battery pack and insert each battery (4 small batteries) individually. The reason for not giving 5 stars is that the shipper did not pay enough postage leaving me to pay the balance in order to get the package.

Belt clip broke easy fast
The belt clip broke off in about one minute, but I screwed it back in and it works fine, kinda wobbly. A little disappointed in that but the blade is fantastic once sharpened just a little (comes pre sharpened but kinda dull) and the led flashlight is actually really powerful. Seat belt cutter was shorty but the glass breaker on it is pretty nice.

Legal Loop-Hole in CA
This is one of the eight knives that I keep in my survivalist go-bag kit in case of emergency and/or apocalypse scenarios. I was in the US Navy myself, so I keep it attached to my NWU tactical camelbak hydration system. This knife features a magnetic-assisted opening-mechanism that is actually faster and more reliable than a spring-assisted opening-mechanism. That being said, it also happens to be a legal loop-hole in some (but not all) American states. In California for example, carrying a knife is legal EXCEPT if it features a spring-assist. Magnets and springs are two different things.

Wont stay closed
Nice knife , but has opened in my pocket more times than I can say , at 12.00 it's not worth shipping it all the way back and having to pay the fee.Lets say I know some Seals and if it opened like this on them I am not sure how pleased they would be .I am trying to be kind, so I will leave it a that.
