can i apply this on oily acne prone skin?And can i apply powder after this cream?

This cream is for winter.. I too have oily skin.. But in winter, my skin becomes dry.. So it's ok to apply it then... But NEVER APPLY IT IN SUMMER, IF YOU HAVE OILY ACNE PRONE SKIN... If you do so, you will be facing more and more acne as the cream will clog the pores of your face...
