I have a grey one that works great but the 2 blue one's I have slip. Any suggestions on what I can do?

Sometimes I use the wrong side --one side is sticky that faces down the other side is up

It is not thick and cushiony, but is perfect for the reformer. It’s a very light fabric/towel with a very light rubber backing. I use mine every time I go to Pilates.

What are the measurements of the head rest portion?

I don't know the exact measurements, but it fits the headrest on the standard reformer perfectly.
