I was but reluctant to use this. After a good research, I figured out that melatonin is safe and not at all addictive.It’s been two nights that I hv been using this for myself, my 3 years old n 8 years old sons. It’s working like magic for all of us. I use only one spray for my kids n 4 sprays for myself.I hv never slept like this since the birth of my second child.This is helping to set our sleep cycle in this covid-19. The quality of sleep has improved to a great extent.The flavour is too good n it’s easy to use as u just hv to spray in your mouth.I ll highly recommend this for people who are struggling with poor quality sleep or adjusting their sleep cycles.

Flavored water. Just that. Never buy it. Forget sleep you will feel to drink entire bottle at once and then you can be awake entire night thinking how worst is the taste.

Well I bought this after reading many positive reviews. I wanted to correct my sleep cycle which is disturbed since the onset of lockdown. The spray bottle and packaging is good. Taste is sweet and good. Nozzle is also working fine but this medicine is a big no for me. It doesn't suit my body. I started the use with 2 sprays I was sleepy in half and hour, whole night I was getting up frequently and looking at the clock. I don't know why but my mind was tuned in such a way that my sleep was breaking multiple times and I was focus was on the clock! Another night I tried 3 sprays and I experienced same disturbing episodes. Thereafter 4 sprays and the same thing happened. I have stopped using it. I am disappointed but I have no criticisms for the product as this product is working good for many people. May be my body could not accept melatonin 😃

Didnt helped me

After started using this about one week my sleeping duration improved. can be tried.Pro: No side effect. I am using this as regular basis. Pls dont exceed the recommended dose.even 2 to 3 sprays can work. Like sleeping pills this does not make as drowsy or week. the side effects in the long run ? no body knows.i suggest to take this two hours after meal.monitor your blood pressure and sugar. I am using this from 2019. Not suitable for children.

I mostly liked that the melatonin spray is by far the most effective and natural way to induce sleep, even when having difficulty getting comfortable sleep, whether under stress of a big day the next day, or insomnia troubles. Would definitely recommend you get this over any sleeping pill or other form of sleep medication. Having consulted with a few medical professionals, I've been told the risk of side effects is low and it is safe to self-administer, so long as you get the hang of spraying the roof of your mouth. Can be used by the young or the elderly alike with little to no difficulty.One important thing to remember is post administration to not expose yourself to blue light from phone or laptop screens - as this can frustrate the efficacy of the product, as is known to happen with melatonin sprays. Repeated spraying may not be as effective if your natural sleep has already been interrupted by even a few minutes of mobile or other screen viewing.

Do not purchase this product. I purchased it a week ago and suffered from health problems. I consumed it and it worked well on first day. Next day I suffered gastric problems like Acidity and results were worst till day 3. On 3rd day I suffered from severe fever because of consuming this product. It is extremely harmful and also causing serious health problems. I request you to not to purchase this product at all.... Worst results ever !!!!!

Use it half an hour prior to bedtime. One needs to cooperate and try to sleep. Worked well for my wife and I.
