How how do you get the white connectors out of the metal ?

Aren't they the pins that hold the parts together? Squeeze them into the metal while gently twisting the metal pieces until they either engage or separate.

What material is the pool walls made out of, is it plastic that just appears like a woven wicker material? Also others reported leaking windows?

Yes it's plastic!! about the windows not know yet,we just set it up 2 weeks ago.

How many adults fit in this pool

Three adults and five splashing kids can have fun. I'd guess 4-6 adults could bask in the water. It's deep enough that it's not easy to sit on the bottom, but the edges seem stout enough they'd support adults hanging on them with there arms behind them.

What is the width? How many feet past the pool does the braces go? So all in all how much room am I needing from side to side?
