I had to send a friend a computer cable when I was shipping the laptop as I had a USA style. The cable works as intended.

Product: Cable Leader 6ft 18 AWG England Power Cord, with Fuse (IEC-320-C13 to UK Plug BS1363) I actually accidentally ordered this Cable Leader England Power Cord. However, after receiving the power cord I was impressed with it. I kept it and ordered a four-pack of UK to US adapters for it. The cable is solid and thick and rated at 18AWG. It has a 13 AMP fuse and is rated up to 250 Volts. It has been approved by the BSI which assures high quality and standards in products it endorses. Note: A voltage power converter must be used to plug this cable into an electrical device that is rated at 110V if the power outlet is 220V. This is due to the voltage being too high to safely power the 110V product. If the pin connections are different, a plug adapter is needed, too.

Power also for Ireland Cable looks solid. Not home now to plug it in and see.
