I really like Nordic Ware's products. I've slowly been replacing all my bakeware with this brand. The aluminium transmits heat so well that cooking times are generally shorter. Cleaning is a breeze too, though it can't go in a dishwasher.

Esta bien, es un molde de calidad. Pensé que los orificios eran más pequeños y me sorprendió para bien. Es para un regalo y a su dueña le ha gustado. Todavía no lo ha probado.

I am quite disappointed with my purchase. There are scratches all over the muffin pan and it looks like it has been used. Since this is the last piece available and I am in urgent need of the muffin pan I have decided not to return it. I hope Amazon will review their products before releasing them to the customers. Very disappointed.

Hecho en Estados Unidos, una garantía de por vida y una disipación del calor de manera uniforme en toda la superficie lo hacen una marca deseable en tu cocina. Por la misma razón las tiendas de lujo Williams-Sonoma, le agregan su nombre a una línea de moldes en acabado dorado que terminan costando entre 50 y 100% más que estos en Amazon. Excelente inversión.

We have some Nordic Ware products and have had no issues, so we chose this pan. I will rate this aluminum pan as good enough for commercial use. It is thick enough to take reasonable abuse and will not rust. I'm done with steel pans that will rust over time. Another reason we chose this pan in regards to baking is since it is aluminum this pan an excellent even heat conductor. So far this muffin pan is working well for us. DO NOT RUN IN DISHWASHER! If you are not already aware a dishwasher can possibly permanently discolor aluminum kitchen (and other) items. I learned this the hard way some years back, From Nordic Ware's website: “Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking”. I prefer stainless steel kitchen related items when possible so I can run them through the dishwasher, Since this Nordic Ware pan will out perform stainless steel for baking, I will keep it and hand wash as advised.

Love this company! Have three baking dishes from them and all clean easily plus take high heat and are very sturdy.
