Great workshop stool and easy to put together. Took me about 15 minutes to do so and very sturdy. I'm 6'5" and 312#. No wiggle or uneasy feeling when sitting. Heck to the yeah!!

I purchased this stool for my shop . This stool is sturdy and easy to assemble. I expect it to last many years.I am a big guy and this stool is solid.I recommend buying one.

As with virtually anything that Amazon sells or for that matter, Walmart, if it looks like it needs to be assembled, it will need to be by the purchaser. It was relatively easy to put together, although the hex key that was included would not be adequate except to tire ones fingers and possibly make them hurt; to use a small drill with a hex bit would be much more efficient, as I did. it is very sturdy, but the wood piece on the top of the seat which is inset with the whole metal frame of the seat itself, has very rough edges of wood that could’ve easily been smoothed out by a simple automatic center at the factory. There’s no way to remove that piece of wood and do it with it in hand, so one has to fingertip sand it all around the edge over and over again until one doesn’t find either slivers or cut someone’s fingers every time one touches it in the wrong spot. The manufacturer would’ve been just as well off to make it a 100% metal seat and avoid the wood entirely. I am clueless as to why something similar like that didn’t occur to the manufacturer, other than they are likely from another country and never spent any time in a chemistry lab in high school or college.

I am disabled and unable to stand very long. I use this stool mainly in the kitchen, and anywhere else I need it since it is light enough I can take it to which ever room I need it in! It is very sturdy. I was able to attach the top ring myself and my son did the bottom ring. To clean it I can easily just wipe it off.

Seems sturdy and is the perfect height for my husband’s workshop tables.
