I can’t believe I like this stuff as much as I do. I had my gallbladder removed right out of college (gallstones - rare to have at such a young age). Even though the doctors tell you that you don’t need your gallbladder, you absolutely do feel the difference when it’s gone - just the digestion of your foods can be all over the place since there’s no regulating the bile in your stomach. What ends up happening is I usually have to go to the bathroom several times a day and any regular BM stopped after the GB was removed. But with this stuff I just had a small teaspoon to my yogurts, sports drinks, and even coffee am am now regular as clockwork. I can’t believe I went so many years without getting this stuff. The Metamucil never worked with me. It was gritty and I could taste it. But this stuff…you don’t taste anything but it sure does work.

Been using for years. Absolutely love it. Have it in my tea at night and works in the morning. I can definitely tell the difference when I miss using it. I bag it and take it with me when I travel and have a bag at work. Glad to see on Amazon. Thanks Kirkland.Br

Like that name brand but a bigger container and better value.Tasteless. Completely tasteless and mixes without lumps. I mix it in my coffee press pot and have never tasted a thing.Makes me feel full so I've been able to shrink my portion sizes and control my snacking to help me lose weight.The containers are a great size for storing bulk items when they're empty!

This is a great product (and great value) for firming up stools. I use daily.

Actually seems to help. No taste and dissolves pretty well. I use it in my coffee every morning.

Works as well as Benefiber but far less expensive. Good product.
