Priceless! Morrison Magic!
The book is well written! The photographs are gorgeous! It's a children's book, but it's written with such passion and thoughtful language that a young person from elementary to high school age can find it meaningful. It's a cleverly crafted history book. The book includes sections with a time line of school integration in the US and Photo Notes, which is a detailed explanation of all the images in the book; theses sections make this book a great reference. This book is another brilliant work by Toni Morrison!

Review of Remember
This was a book needed for one of my writing classes in college. Although it was an interesting book, it was much shorter and not nearly as descriptive as I thought it to be. If there ar eno pages missing, I urge you to buy the cheapest one you can find. The seller was awesome and got here before any of the other books I purchased. Never used Amazon before, but will be sure to use it again since it was so incredibly easy and accurate....

Excellent
I bought this book for my classroom of middle schoolers and they love it. It tells a moving story through pictures.Although it is technically a picture book it is so much deeper than that. It is a great book to use if talking about Toni Morrison or black history, or fiction, or poetry. I love having this book and I know any teacher or parent would feel the same.

Was a little leery about sending this to our grandson, but he told me he really liked the book. Both of his parents thanked me.
