Fit well and relieve pain.
I am an adult with small feet. These arch support orthotics fit well and have helped relieve my posterior tibialis tendonitis (arch pain).

Fantastic orthotics
These are AMAZING!!! Highly recommend, my 8 year old daughter saw the foot and ankle specialist and he recommended these. She put them in her runners and was comfortable right away.

They work
Got these for my 5-yr-old, who had been rolling in on her ankles. These straighten things out nicely. At first, she reported that they felt "weird", but she's gotten so used to them that she has to look in the shoe to make sure they're in--she can't tell by feel. They're only 3/4 length (as shown in the pictures and description), so they do sometimes float around in the shoe when it's not on her foot--she has to adjust them each time she goes to put the shoe on. This was my first time using these; I'll probably get full-length ones next time. All in all though, a good product.

Totally provide the arch support our 7-year-old son needed!
I read all the reviews before purchasing these inserts for our 7-year-old son. About a year earlier, he was complaining of foot pain for months. We finally took him in for X-rays and the doctor informed us that he needs better arch support. He told us to only buy our son New Balance sneakers, because they provide excellent support, unlike many of the "cooler" sneaker brands that we had been buying for him (Nike, Puma, Converse). So we did and the problem immediately went away. We were so happy that it was such an easy fix. But I was slightly bummed that he didn't have the style of sneakers that looked so cute on him (fashion mom). Still, no brainer, he was no longer in pain. But after more than a year of only New Balance, I started wondering what I could do to put him in some other brands. That's when I started researching inserts. After all the reviews, I bought these. A good 3 months later, I can report that these really work! He's wearing high tops and hasn't had one issue! I think it took him about 10 minutes to get used to having the inserts in, and I never heard another word. They totally correct any lack of arch support in standard sneakers. And the beautiful thing is, they are removable. You can take them out of one pair and put them in another. We are thrilled with these.

Didn't help ankle pain
I like that you can buy these without a podiatrist. My daughter continued to have ankle pain even with these. We ended up at a podiatrist and she said these are not firm enough to support the ankles. The arch collapses under her weight. We ended up paying the big bucks to get firm orthotics made. It's helped her ankles a lot, but they hurt her feet. I'm not sure what the answer is! For sizing, my daughter was wearing a size 3 and these were just barely big enough for her feet

Instant relief!!
My 9 year old started soccer practice again in July after being off since March, because of COVID shut downs. He started with his club team, then school soccer also started. Every practice he would complain that his foot hurt, we just assumed it was due to the time off. His first couple of school games and his first club game, he would start off fine, but before halftime he would be complaining about his foot. Second half his entire gait/run would change, and pain would get worse. Finally thought to check his arches, of course they were the culprit. We did not want to spend a ton of money on custom orthotics that may or may not work, so these inserts were the first that came up when I searched, and seemed to be the best fit overall. We got them on a Thursday, he wore them to school on Friday. Friday night, he wore them to his club game. He was back to his old self, zero pain, literally instantly. He now wears them in his school shoes every day as well as his cleats. He has not had any foot pain since the first day he wore them, and his speed and running form has drastically improved. They are worth every penny, I actually need to pick up another set so he doesn’t have to switch them back and forth. Highly, highly recommend!!

This is a GREAT product!
My 6-year-old son has pronation due to low arches. We went to a podiatrist who suggested either custom-made inserts (which were $500, and we would have to buy new ones each time his feet grew) or those special Dr. Scholl's inserts where you go and stand on the "foot mapping" pad. Well, I found out that Dr. Scholl's doesn't make them for people under 70 pounds, so that wasn't an option. I did some looking around online and narrowed my choice down to these Footminders and one other kind. I emailed my doctor the two options to see if he thought either one of them would work for my son, and he thought, like I did, that these looked the best. What a WONDERFUL price compared to $500 every few months!!! They have worked GREAT! It took about a day for my son to get used to how they felt, but now he doesn't even think about them being in there, and they have helped straighten out his feet (which will, in turn, help his muscles grow correctly)! Thank you, Footminders!!!
