Long story, I stopped all health aids for several months and my eyes paid the price. I can't confirm years of use kept my vision perfect and my eyes healthy but do know my eyes went bad when I stopped. Coincidence? I suspect not.

I liked that the vitamins came in a glass jar. The capsules are a convenient small size. They're very convenient to take, especially if you have other vitamins and don't want to take a huge handful.

I threw away about 2/3s of my vitamins after doing a lot of research and discovered how poor the quality of most are. Solgar is one of the best vitamin brands out there!

Well, I am kind of disappointed that I did not get a free bottle to give a review, after seeing so many reviews here from people who got free samples, but this product is good enough it deserves a review anyway. I used to get rid of intermittent quick flashes of light in the peripheral vision of my left eye. After taking one a day for a few days, the flashes got less and less frequent. Now as I just completed my 2nd bottle and ordered my 3rd, I hardly ever notice the flashes anymore and cannot recall when the last one happened. This is a product where I can definitely say there has been a noticeable and positive result from its use. Update: I also had floaters and this was recommended to get rid of them too. They also went away while using Solgar 40 mg lutein. Later, I decided to switch to a less expensive brand of 40 mg lutein. Eventually, the floaters returned but even worse. I am switching back to Solgar since this brand and dosage was what first solved the problem. My new bottle is arriving today.

Simply amazing

Though expensive, I know I can depend on Solgar not to warer down their supplements. They have a reputation for the purest supplements on the market. I feel safe using them. However, is there a way Solgar can lower their prices and still provide the excellent products they are known for?

Die Höhe von Luteum und Zeaxanthin erscheinen mir optimal für Menschen mit Makuladegeneration, Altersdichtigkeit, Glaskörperablösung. Ich kann jetzt besser wieder Fokussieren und in der Nacht Auto fahren. Die Leber wird nicht belastet (im Unterschied zu Vitamin A). Und eine Tablette am Morgen reicht. Auch die Verpackung in einem Glas statt Plastikbehälter finde ich gut. Es dürfte nur etwas kleiner sein bei mehr Tabletten.

This product is good value for the money. I dislike that when I have to order on amazon.de to avoid being tracked by Customs Enforcement that it takes 5 weeks for the product to arrive. The bottle contains 30 pills, so I am always behind trying to obtain the supplement.
