As soon as I increased to the recommended dosage it caused me to start having heart palpitations ...
I took these for weeks but was only taking one a day. As soon as I increased to the recommended dosage it caused me to start having heart palpitations & raspy labored breathing like an asthma or panic attack. As soon as I stopped they went away. I've eaten coconut oil alone, my only guess is that my allergies to everything outdoors is so severe I must be allergic to flaxseed.
