Flaxseed Oil 1200 mg - 125 Capsules

More energy and less inflammation. I take one capsule after every meal. It’s big but very easy to swallow as it’s just oil. Happy with purchase.

I use Flax seed oil instead of Fish oil because my body doesn’t handle the fish oil well. Very happy with these capsules.

1. The one I received is 1000mg instead of 1200mg as shown in product description. 2. Capsule is non-vegetarian since it contains gelatin. 3. Month of import is Aug 2022, that is, more than a year old

This is not vegan or vegetarian as the capsules are made of gelatine. Also a little pricey as it is imported. Ordered it for an old aunt who is a vegetarian and cannot take fish oil capsules for omega-3. But the gelatine capsules defeat the purpose.

I purchased it on the basis of some comments under a health video on controlling high BP. The person who is 86 year old US citizen, said it helped to reduce his BP to 120/80 from 190/- within 3 months, even when his medicines didn't work. Following this there were other comments which supported the above observation. He used Nature's Bounty Flax seed oil. Cost is little bit on the higher side. I also started using this since 2 weeks. Recently I was observed with moderately high BP, but now the BP is normal. Dont know whether this helped. I do many other things like exercise, diet control, no sugar etc for weight reduction, so it could be a combination of many things. However Flax Seed Oil is rich in Omega 3 fatty acids which helps the arteries and heart and reduces LDL and improves HDL. And it doesn't produce blurp unlike fish oil and no fishy taste in your mouth. Anyway this is a good food supplement for Omega 3 fatty acids.

Was looking for an omega 3 supplent that was not fish oil. I cannot take the fish oil ones because even the "burpless" ones make me burp fish oil taste. What I like the most is that I noticed after only taking this for a few days, I was no longer having leg and foot cramps at night. What a great side effect!

I started taking these flaxseed oil pills after experiencing dry eyes. My optometrist recommended adding them, along with fish oil, to my diet to see if it would help. The pills are large, but thanks to the gel coating, they are easy to swallow. I take them in the morning with a glass of water along with other vitamins, and I haven’t had any issues with stomach upset or a strange aftertaste. Now, after taking them daily for two years, I can say my eyes feel much less dry and itchy.
