Can not speak to the battery life because i only used it for about an hour. But it is nice and bright and the light is adjustable in size which is very nice. And the batteries it comes with are rechargeable or you could put regular batteries in it. The light is also turns so like you can point it straight down or ahead of you etc.

Nice beefy light. The main beam is strong, and has a ring like a SLR lens focusing ring that zooms the light beam without changing the external shape of the light. This means an accidental bump, or carrying it in a pack, is unlikely to change the zoom—nice. Zoom range is from a broad, fairly even spread, to a tight clear projection of the square LED chip, if you shine it on a wall or similar surface. The COB ring is nice when you need as broad and even a light as possible. It uses 2 oversized (bigger than AA) 3.7v 1800 mAh batteries in parallel, which means you can lose a battery and it will still work fine, if only last half the usual duration. As I say, beefy, so probably not what you want on an ultralight backpacking trip. Only thing that keeps it from being perfect is, there is no dimming function. Sometimes, I need just a little light (e.g. reading in a tent) and I want to be able to dim and reap a much longer battery life. The COB mode is a good reading light, if too bright in some cases, and does save a little energy ( I measured 0.8A for main beam only, and 0.6A for COB only.)

Awesome light! Multiple modes to choose from. A turn of the dial allows you to adjust the size of the beam (wide angle, or narrow spot light). I used this for one camping weekend so far and have no complaints. It is bulky and I had to get used to that, but once I adjusted the headband and kept it on for a bit it was fine. I'll update my review if I later find there is any reason to drop from a 5 star rating. Good headlight, great price, love that it is USB rechargeable.

This headlight was a pleasant surprise. It is easy to slip it on and off your head and it stays in place. The light is very bright and it stays in place when you adjust the angle. I would purchase it again without a doubt.

This headlamp is very nice as it is very light very bright and rechargeable. The floodlight option is great for a short distance things that you want to light up.

The product is excellent. It provides a lot of light in a concentrated or expanded beam. The headband and the light are very comfortable and stay in place. My only complaint is that there was no documentation so I'm at a lose to recharge the batteries. I don't know how long to charge them or what kind of a charger I can use.

Headlamp arrived, I liked the brightness, the zoomability, the comfort, all was well. I charged it up, then it started acting possessed. It would turn on when just sitting on the table untouched, then go through all its modes, turn off, turn on again, wash rinse repeat. I pulled the batteries and put them back in, set it down carefully, and sure enough it started turning itself on again. Weird! Have to return it, of course.My 2 stars are just because mine had this weird problem. It would be 4 or 5 stars if it worked normally - presumably most of them do.

This just what I want, its comfortable, light weight and does just like I need it to. I can't rate battery life or working out, because I just got it yesterday.
