The Princess Twins Of Legendale [DVD]

Wowza what a film. I for one struggled a lot telling the princesses apart (they're twins) but once I figured out that one of them had a mole on her left cheek it became a lot easier. I definitely related a lot to Dawn's struggle with her father and enjoyed the Biblical references to Adam and Eve. The science of this film was truly intriguing. What would a world without night or day look like? I did a little research into the subject, Ptolemy has some interesting thoughts, I would definitely recommend reading his "Amalgast" before viewing to optimize enjoyment. Truly, this film inspired me to finally find my long lost twin sister I knew nothing about, and boy am I glad I did! We do all sorts of fun twin stuff, kill spiders, glow when we touch, etc. So, if you're looking for a film that that executes the ambition of a huge Hollywood thriller with the intimacy of an European art film, I'd definitely recommend the watch.

My 6 year old loved this movie it is pretty dark and I thought she would get nightmares but I think that she grew up with movies like this so if your kid is sensitive I don't think this is a good movie for them. I do think that should be an age warning bu overall a great movie!

This was a great movie, I loved it, I am a big kid at heart, for some kids this might be scary for them, but once they get into the movie I think that they would get past that and enjoy the movie. As long as the child is old enough to understand that everything in the movie is make believe and not real, I think that they would enjoy it . I thought that the movie was very entertaining., The movie shows that good overcomes evil. Yes this movie is predictable but most movies like this

My grand kids love this movie! They are 4 and 5 years old and I worried that it might be too scary, but they were fascinated by the twins themselves. Very entertaining - they have watched it 3 times! They do not seemed to be disturbed by the big spidery creature, just felt sorry for the princess being ill treated and they were thrilled when the princesses were reunited.

The movie itself was very cute and my grand daughter loved it - my problem was the streaming quality, it was awful and looked like a movie made and broadcasted 25 years ago. I have a 16 meg up/89 meg download link so this should not be the case.I have noticed the last few times I have used amazons app via my xbox one it has seemed to be intermittently like this so, I just tried it directly from my laptop and the quality is 1000% better. I will try and stream it via the amazon app on my smart t.v tonight and then again via the xbox one and see if there is a difference there.

i really like the way the movie has twins that have been taken away from each other to two very different worlds and then one of the twins named Dawn is determind to bring her sister back but however when things get very very very very rough she never gives up and then they end up living together in perfect harmony. But they also defeet the evil Princess Dume. And then they get crowns oh o shiney, for their twin birthdays.

My older kids watched this years ago when they were toddlers so one night they remembered it and convinced my husband to buy it for our younger kids. Everyone likes it. It's a cheap movie but sweet and wholesome, as far as I can remember.

I gave it high ratings for the only reason that my six year old daughter loves this movie. She has watched it over and over again. I personally think it sucks and my ten year old daughter liked it the one and only time she saw it. Since it is a kids movie I thought I would rate it the way they would. The graphics are bad but, hey they didn't mind.

My twin granddaughters loved this dvd as they are non identical twins one with dark hair and one with blonde hair. This dvd ranks alongside Frozen and Dorothy and the return to Oz

My daughters really enjoyed this film! Especially my seven year old. She loves all of the Disney princess/monster high/ ever after high programmes so knew she would enjoy this film.
