Can't praise the publisher of Maw Broon's books enough. Informative and a visual delight. Nice recipes and lots of tips.

A nice little Glasgow book of manners and recipes. Set out like your old mum would have had her recipe jotter - handwritten in part, recipes cut from papers and magazines in other parts and the kids scribbles here and there. ( I would like to apologise at this juncture to my mum for scribbling in her books.)These Broons books are always worth a look and make nice pressies.

Another in the "Broons" cook book series. Enjoyable for the background atmosphere and colour, as well as for the recipes!

Great book for afternoon teas

I bought this as a gift for my sister in law, she was delighted with it, and has enjoyed trying out the receipes, dispatched promptly, good value for money.

If you want to cook or just love the Broons, this is the book for you. I have them all.
