exactly what I needed. love that it came with 2. good value. no issues. it doesn't charge super fast, but I think it's just because the device is old.

This Fitbit Flex charger really came in handy when I misplaced my original Fitbit Flex charger. It is nice to be able to use this both at home and in my car when my Fitbit Flex's battery gets low. I like the fact that I can use this at work, in the car, at home or wherever I have a USB charger. I left the house one day and didn't realize that my Fitbit Flex had a low battery and I was relieved that I had brought the charger with me especially since I was in challenges and needed to keep moving in order to get my steps. I charged up the battery in the car and it didn't take too long to get the Flex battery charged enough to put it back into my Flex bracelet and continue doing my steps for my challenges.

I picked a Fitbit up at a yardsale recently for cheap and wasn't looking to spend much on a charger, so I ordered this one. This price was good and I wouldn't be out a lot of money if the Fitbit didn't work (the previous owner was unsure if it would work). The upside is that this little charger works great! I've had it for a few months now and have had no issues with it. The ONLY (and fairly significant) issue I see with it is that it does NOT allow you to reset your Fitbit like the original manufacturer's charger does. The original charger has a tiny pinhole in which you can insert a paperclip, needle, etc to reset your Fitbit, whereas this one does not. So as long as you don't have to reset your device, this charger is great!

After about a year my original FitBit charger stopped working, as did my mother-in-law's. I bought both of us this type as replacements, and they both work perfectly as chargers through our laptops and using wall ports. I did find one of the USB ports on my laptop doesn't charge with this charger, but the other ones work fine (the original FitBit charger didn't work in any of the ports, nor in any wall charger.) Note this charger does NOT have the little hole that you can stick a paperclip in to help reset your Fitbit when hooked up to a computer, so if you do have the original one, even if it doesn't work all the time, hang onto it if you can. Thought my Fitbit Flex was dead as it would never fully charge and drain very quickly. I thought before buying a new one to try a new charger. IT works like a charm. Plugged it in and right away the fitbit started to charge. I am now on day 4 and the fitbit is still fully charged!! Try a new charger before getting a new fit bit. I called customer service about my fitbit and they said it was broken and wanted to offer me a discount on a new one. I asked about trying a new battery charger and was told they could not send me one and doubted it was the problem. So glad I tried this first!
