It does not have a non stick surface. I have not had a problem getting it clean. I LOVE THIS POT. Perfect size. So glad to find this line. Great stuff.

The 2.5 qt. has an inside diameter of 7 inches; the 1.6 qt. has an inside diameter of just over 6 inches. I would say neither of them fit your criteria.
