It does what I bought it for, but I expected it to be bigger; it's much smaller than I imagined...still a good product tho

I've only used this once, and have no complaints. Could it be better? Yes, but given the price of this item, the quality of the stainless steel and construction is quite acceptable. It satisfies my specific needs, and I'm glad that I didn't have to spend twice the price to get a double boiler.

This is smaller than I initially thought and it holds more than it looks like it will. I made my first attempt of Pillar Candles with it and it holds 12 ounces of wax...i didn’t feel comfortable putting the entire 12 ounces in at one time so I melted some of the was then added more into the pot until the entire bag was in the pot. Cleans up beautifully. The pot handle doesn’t get hot but it does get a little warm. The spoon doesn’t get hot at all and i absolutely love that!

A bit smaller than what I thought it would be, besides that it works well. I use it to warm my unscented lotions to make perfume body lotion. I love the pouring sprout and serving spoon.

I ordered this to melt chocolate and the handle gets hot while on the stove and the spoon hurts your hand when using it to stir. Both handles should have some type of grip to avoid the heat.
