I was kinda skeptical about buying this sub but I was very happy with my purchase. It was small and compact like I had hoped for and it packs enough punch for what I wanted it for. I'm building a small box to put in the trunk of my Yamaha R6. It's small enough to do so. Almost like a car door speaker. Still had a nice kick to it even when I used a 400watt 4-channel marine Pyle amp. Wasn't even at its full potential and it put out a nice thump with a 1inch excursion at 100watts. I would recommend this to anyone who'd like to buy this product as a replacement or even a project piece. Worth the time and money. I will definitely be buying this again for my next bike project.

The bottom line is that this is the best 6.5" subwoofer that money can buy. You may be wanting to buy this woofer for a Jeep TJ replacement, which is a great idea because this puts the boom into the Jeep and there is no extra amps or wires that you need, all you need is one woofer for the center console. Now all that having been said, the installation in the jeep is not perfect. First of all, you will need drill new 4mm holes in the box to mount the woofer correctly. Secondly you will need to fill in the the sides of the woofer with silicon. The mounting process is not hard at all, you will just need to do it your self. but like i said, the bottom line is that this is the best 6.5" subwoofer that money can buy.

So first of all, as the info states this is a 6"subwoofer. Subwoofers are not designed to give high frequency tones such as tweeters. Also a subwoofer is not a rear speaker. A subwoofer is an addition to a system typically added with an amp. I replaced a stock 6" subwoofer in a 95 eddie bauer explorer with this one after my wife decided to blow the stock one out. Ok so it happens. She felt bad. (Btw the explorer is my second vehicle). So I installed this one. I was surprised that the holes lined up near perfectly. Sounds good. The stock speaker worked a little better, but then again, that speaker was designed as a system with the rest of the vehicle. So if your looking at building a award winning audio system, then you need something bigger than 6". if your replacing a stock subwoofer, then great.

Sound is ok if that but you het what you pay for one of my stock went out was gonna swap both but my single stock speaker sounds better then the one i replaced will definitely be getting something better or just order another stock speaker

Received both speakers with cracks from stress and or heat but they do still sound fare and deliver a punch quite well. Be wary as they are plastic and not metal. both were cracked around the outer ring screw port and the terminals are just normal tabs not push pins as shown.

Bought this to replace a blown subwoofer in my home audio system. It fit perfect and works great! A much cheaper solution than a whole new sub!

Mine is powered by a boss 200w amp. I built a small box about 9"×8"×3" for it to fit in so that it could mount to the bottom of my passenger seat. It works very well even in such a small box and odd location. Definitely worth a buy if you need a small woofer that can deliver respectable but not obnoxious bass.

Amazon did me a favor. I saw my original (different speaker) two stops away. I left work early to avoid the porch pirates and the delivery never came and ultimately got cancelled. My original order was for a woofer, not a sub-woofer. For me, this one sounds amazing, maybe ever better than the original.

Muy buena calidad materiales bien construidos, el imán más que suficiente no te arrepentirás con un buen cajón y un amplificado ase maravillas

about this woofer - it is not doing well when I m raising the bass it is making humming noice I am using a home amplifire 300w RMS 150 per channel, but it is ok at low bass, I didn't like it cause I need more bass
