Q: Is this product cruelty free?

Godefroy products are not, and never have been, tested on animals.

Q: How dark is the medium brown?

On me, leaving it in for 1 min then reapplIed for another minute and it’s a natural medium to dark brown - worked really well!

Q: Does the box say for eyebrow use? I returned tintocil for false advertising it's use.

Godefroy Tint Kit is not marketed to be used on eyebrows or eyelashes. There is a product that is safe to use on eyebrows called Godefroy Instant Eyebrow Tint. It is a plant based dye and is FDA compliant for using on eyebrows.

Q: will it cover gray hairs

Yes, this tint will cover gray (and white) eyebrow hairs. But, just as other reviewers have noted, you DO have to leave the tint on longer, on your gray and white eyebrow hairs. I have a usual period of time for my regular colored eyebrow hairs, and do that first. Then, I wash that off, and "go to town" on the areas of my brows where I have gray & white hairs. I apply just a tiny amount to the gray and white hairs, but I definitely have to leave that amount on there twice as long, as the time it takes to color my "regular" colored eyebrow hairs.
