Pretty much what the title says. I love how it works, but when I go to take it off even with oil, well I always manage to give myself abrasions no matter how careful I am. Maybe it's me maybe its the tape. Definitely does the job tho. I had serious pain from being ya kn. 6 mo. pregnant and needed to be really active during a VBS. Well this stuff ELIMINATED the pain when applied correctly. Worked as well as some other ktape a friend gave me but I ran out of that and took a risk. I now have a pregnancy belt but this actually works just as good if not better minus the ripping skin. The belt has its issues too. I haven't found a perfect solution. Definitely would recommend this over the belt if you plan on wearing all day/ under clothes. The belt isn't discreet and is velcro elastic uncomfortableness. This is comfortable and breathable even while dripping in sweat lol. so if you need discreet or waterproof or both I would pick this. And yes you can shower with this stuff on, it does not come off, but it also won't dry right away. It does dry under clothes tho and isn't too bad to just leave wet.

SB SOX kinesiology tape is terrific for lending light support to injured body parts. I've used other brands in the past, but the SB SOX tape is more forgiving and sticks better. Yes, you will probably need to use the yank-and-shriek method for removing the tape because, if you've applied it correctly, it probably won't come off on it's own. IMO, pulling it off isn't a big deal at all unless a lot of body hair is involved. The tape can stay stuck for weeks, but it should be removed after one week to allow the skin to breathe. Pulling it off after it's gotten completely wet in the shower works best. Otherwise, after bathing just blot it lightly to remove excess moisture. I sometimes use a hair dryer for quicker drying. Some key points for successful application: 1) Clean the area with rubbing alcohol. 2) Measure the length you will need and cut the tape an inch or so shorter than the area you plan to cover. 3) Round the corners of the tape. 4) Tear the paper backing in half vertically, roughly in the middle of the strip you've cut (the fabric will not tear), and turn the cut edges of the paper back to expose several inches of fabric. These cut edges are where you will hold onto the tape as you apply it. Try to avoid getting your fingers on the adhesive. 5) Place the exposed piece of fabric in about the middle of the area you want to tape, stretching it slightly (up to about 25%). Continue to work your way to the end of the strip, stretching and attaching one end at a time. Remove paper backing as you go. Do NOT stretch the last couple of inches at either end of the tape. Application of any kinesiology tape gets easier after you've done it a few times. Meanwhile, not to worry if you get a few small wrinkles during the application. There are a number of tutorials available online for correct application methods. In some cases, as with a meniscus tear, applying a double strip of tape horizontally over the meniscus, along with a single strip vertically on either side of the kneecap, seems to work best. Also, to go with the great quality, this tape is a great deal!! Couldn’t recommend it enough!!!

I attempted using this to help with back pain during my third trimester of pregnancy. Pros: adhered well, able to move freely/can't see under clothes, and provided some relief for my back. Not perfect, bit every little bit helps. Cons: Takes a while to round the corners and apply properly (used four strips each time), one box would last 4-5 applications. The adhesive bothered my skin to no end! To test it, I had it on for an hour and a second time overnight. Both times when I removed the tape it left behind what looked like bright red stretch marks where the tape was (a bit painful to remove I might add...like a giant very well stuck on bandaid...even after getting it wet and using baby oil). I'm not allergic to bandaids or other adhesives. I didn't overstretch the tape, even putting it on without stretching at all left marks from the adhesive. Going on 8 days and the marks are still not fully gone just faded a little bit. Summary: Don't waste time/money, buy a pregnancy belt. They're faster to put on and you don't have to continuously buy tape.

I bought this thinking this was different from other tapes that they are selling. It's the same genric tape that everyone else is selling and we get it for 200. I bought this seeing the reviews thinking it would be different. So don't bother buying this, buy the cheap one you see on Amazon. Everyone is buying from AliExpress and selling the same stuff

J'ai essayé plusieurs tapes dans les dernières années et celui est de loin supérieur aux précédents. Son adhésif permet un maintien prolongé et il reste en place pendant de nombreux jours malgré les douches quotidiennes et tout. Je le recommande fortement.

Im very disappointed with the tape, i highly recommend dont buy this tape if you're an athlete, adhesive is not strong it falls immediately after applying.

Does not stick as well as the first one I bought

Quality is inferior! It won't even last 2 hours on my knee and even if you whisper the word 'Water' around the tape it will come off.
