Usually After market chargers are a hit or miss for me . This one has been a hit. Doesn't run too hot and charges my laptop perfectly .

Know Your Supplier
This power supply adapter saved my laptop from being stored forever. I didn’t want to spend much on another adapteR. Obviously the value compared to original is outstanding! Perfect, fast charging cord for my laptop!
I have had my laptop for several years, and unfortunately my dog chewed the cord. I was sure I was not going to be able to find a replacement cord for it, but when I came across this product I decided to try it to see if it would work. It works so great, it charges my computer so fast! The shipping was fast also.

Worked for my laptop
Being paranoid about starting fires when charging my laptop, I looked everywhere for a charger for my laptop which is about 5 years old. HP didn't have, Best Buy didn't have (so I could have brought my laptop in). I couldn't read any numbers because they had worn off. But I found the manual and then this charger on Amazon. The charger is fine and charged my computer with no issues. Two concerns were that it is not a grounded plug and the little box gets hot. Not sure what that means but the customer service was great. They asked for feedback and responded more than appropriately. Thank you!

I wasn't sure if my HP charger wasn't working or the laptop itself. I ordered this charger hoping I needed a new charger, not a new laptop. This charger worked and saved me from having to buy a new laptop.

Needed an Extra for HS backpack
Needed an extra Charger for my HS age daughter to keep in her backpack in case her battery didn't get fully changed. It's not a long as the original manufacturer one but works well & we only use it on occasion at her school.. this way I don't worry if it's lost either!
