Works amazing

I've only had the MR-1000 a little over a week now and I have to say it's one of the best products out there. I have a few classic cars & have cleaned 2 engines, 4 sets of mag wheels. It only took a couple of hours vs days the old spray and scrub way. I am amazed at the quality and ease of use. There were spots on some of the mags that I could not get off before, they came off in seconds using this steamer. I have also done the tile in one of my bathrooms and the wife is very happy with the results. This is a quality product and worth every cent. There on line video is excellent and explains everything. I rarely comment on products I purchase, but I had to say something this time. It also comes with a great set of attachments that all fit in the basket that is supplied. I wish I would have purchased this years ago.

Bought for our little ice cream shop to keep up with cleaning. It was a breeze to set up and works as described. So far I have cleaned burn caramel on our kettle, ground in chocolate and ice cream in the grout of our floors. Needed a new cord holder, the one it came with was broken. Contacted Max of Vapamore and he speedily sent a new one. Very happy with product and exceptional customer service! Definitely recommend.

We received the machine and read all instructions before using it. We love the steamer! It cleans and sterilizes great. However, from the first time using it, we noticed the machine has a leak from the bottom corner coming from the water tank. Customer service was notified and were helpful to explain the situation and how to resolve the leak problem. My husband will follow the customer service representative’s instructions to hopefully fix the leak. Respectfully, Valerie M.

We ordered for $1.499 two months ago by Amazon. We have Cleaning and Car Detailing Bussines and this is third Steamer in our Shop (all diferent brands) and never have problems before. Vapamore Forza MR-1000 is more expensive and the worst one ... 1.) Forza MR-1000 is Not Comercial Steamer (Like they say). 2.) Vapamore MR-1000... Is Cheap Chinese Made Product (for the huge $1500) With Italian Water Pump and Pressure Controller. Metal case and wheels are the best parts of the product 3.) Pressurre Going Down in 7 seconds from 85/90psi to 35/40psi and after ONE minute of continuos work simply NO Pressure, then you have to wait another 10-15 min. 4.) After exactly five works (totall time about 3 hours) time for heating/waiting and green go light is 30 min. 5.) Hose is to short and electric cable also 6.) Many Accessories bed quality 7.) No chance for clean nothing without use the chemical products before 8.) Nice toy but to expensive for games 9.) They make huge advertising for something realy cheap and very far from quality. Off course realy bad costumer service. Too sad! Our recomendation ...Thinking five times before you make order and good luck!

First, let me say this thing really does deliver on psi and heat- my unit actually was a bit higher than 90psi, it showed upwards of 95psi. The unit itself, is built well, looks good and is very strong. But there was one MASSIVE problem- The accessories. First, within 20 minutes of using the steamer in a commercial environment, the techflex melted at the bottom of the steam pistol, and then dropped further down on the cord. This left about 10 inches of exposed wiring underneath. Within another 10 minutes (no exaggeration) the bristle attachment I was using to clean grout literally broke off with the tip still within the bristle head, rendering it useless for any other attachments. I ended up having to use the turbo nozzle the rest of the time. I wanted to love the Forza, especially after spending almost a month researching the unit. I thought about using the warranty, but honestly with how cheap and disappointing the hose/gun/accessories are, I didn't find it worth while for use with my small business.

One of the most important piece of equipment I have acquired. Easy to use and to work with. Max from the main office at Vapamore is very knowledgeable and takes his time to train you teach you about any issues you might be facing. I strongly recommend it, great value for the money. I use it for many different applications.

We ordered for $1799+ GST two months ago by an Amazon seller. We have Cleaning and Restaurant cleaning Business and this is third Steamer we got (all different brands) and never have problems before. Vapamore Forza MR-1000 is more expensive and the worst one, it was supposed to produce continues dry steam, it never does, big waste of money and time. Contacted the manufacture and talk to them, bottom line he was saying you only paid 1800 and it is 1500 watt so don't expect too much!!! Here is my summery of this product 1.) Forza MR-1000 is Not Commercial Steamer (Like they say) it is not much better than cheap steamer you can buy for 69$ at costco or walmart. 2) Pressure Going Down in 5 seconds from 85/90psi to 35/40psi and after ONE minute of continuous work simply NO Pressure, then you have to wait another 10-15 min to pressurize again, secondly the steam is not really wet steam as they claim temperature hardly get to 210 F, I tested it with 2 different temperature measuring device the highest temperature close to tip I measured was 202 F. 3.) After exactly five works (total time about 2 hours 45 min) time for heating/waiting and green go light is hardly 20 min. (so you loose 2.5 hr waiting and only hardly 30 min to work) 4.) No chance for clean nothing without use the chemical products before 5.) They make huge advertising for something really crappy and very far from quality. Simply don't believe any of that.
