This shampoo is very good, but whoever filled my order sent 2 bottles in a BAG . No protective bubble wrap around the bottles & one of the bottles was broken and spilled all over inside the bag. Amazed Amazon didn't require me to send the broken dripping bottle back .

I have been enjoying this shampoo as an alternative to shampoos with harsher ingredients. This cleans my hair well, smells nice (a bit natural, earthy), and lathers well.

Gentle enough for the whole family AND those with sensitive and dandruff prone scalps. This shampoo is not cheap but the quality is worth the price, and it’s made in France so you can feel better knowing it’s not made with a bunch of harmful chemicals! After using it for the first time, I noticed it helped get rid of dandruff and my hair was soft and smooth. I love that the bottle is recycled, recyclable and biodegradable! It’s also a vegan product made with natural origin ingredients. If you have a sensitive scalp and are prone to dandruff, I recommended giving this shampoo a try!

They reformulated their product. It has sulfates now and I was wondering why my hair was getting worse. Throwing this away unfortunately. I truly don’t know why they reformulated it, the old formula was so much better.

I got it for my 3 year old whose very fine hair began being very tangled and matted. The shampoo and conditioner work extremely well and smell so good and French, subtle and gentle. I am in love.

This Klorane shampoo is giving me some dandruff so i stopped using it . The scent is also unusual, I didn't like it . There are other Klorane shampoos that are much better than this one .
