Andalou Naturals Body Lotion 1000 Roses, 8 oz

This is a good value for the quality of ingredients. I like the mild lemony scent and have not had any irritation from it. A lot of lotions with acid in them can sting but this one is fairly mild. It is still quite effective at softening skin, though, and it is not greasy, either. It absorbs well. I have acne-prone skin and some scattered KP, and this worked ok for that on less affected areas. For more troublesome areas like the chest, shoulders, and upper back I still need something more like a facial moisturizer. I don’t think this made my issues in those areas worse, but it also didn’t help very much, and I did give it some time. To be fair, other quite good exfoliating body lotions I have tried did not help those areas either, but I am always hoping to find a more economical solution. This wasn’t it, but it is still great for areas like legs or lower arms, and stung less and smelled better than any other body lotions of this kind that I have tried, and at a better price point.

An absolute favorite. I stay stocked in this year round. Smell is beautiful and consistency pleasant and not overly oily.

I am blue collar (Diesel) and work in all the elements. I like to keep a bottle of this in my truck, in my toolbox at work, and in my gym bag. I have other brands I use and try at home, but this is my standard. The boys at work also ask to use this product given the nature of our work environment. Pleasant and clean scent. A little goes a long way. Not greasy. Light on your skin once absorbed. Decent size for the valuable. Leaves sking decently hydrated and keeps my skin from cracking throughout the day.

Love it. No issues i know of or can tell with my allergies/ sensitivities so far. Since it arrived I've used it 3 times all over. Smooth skin, the scent diminishes soon thereafter. Which is good because I do not like the smell of roses. And even so, the scent is very light. Love the tube it comes in, easily squeeze the lotion out without fighting with the plastic tube. Absorbs quite quickly too, which is nice.

I'm giving a 3.5 but had to go with 4 stars. It's not miraculous, but it seems to be working fine. I do use a few other Andalou Naturals products and am happy with their quality, scent, and affordability. However, in my opinion, this lotion does NOT smell good. It kind of smells nasty—but not bad enough not to use. Therefore, regarding their recommendation that you take a whiff, as part of the overall experience? I can't advise that.

Very effective for dry skin in the desert!! A pleasant, light, rose fragrance! Amazon has a good price on this product. Highly recommended.

I think this might be my favorite Rose scented body lotion. I absolutely LOVE the smell and so did my husband, it was his favorite to use as well. The lotion is rich and hydrating and not greasy. I've tried others with a rose scent but this wins out every time. Great in summer and winter.

The lotion is nice on the skin, and I thought originally that it was strongly scented, but no. It turned out to be very pleasant. I plan to reorder.
