Awesome quality optics!
Great binocular as expected from Bushnell. Optics are superb with accurate colour reproduction and razor sharp details across then fov. The body is very well made Andy feels solid. They are quite small which make them ideal for travel.

Great mid/high range binoculars! Solid!
The Bushnell Engage EDX binoculars are a seriously impressive piece of kit for their price point—currently around £400. Built with ruggedness in mind, they feature a durable magnesium chassis wrapped in grippy rubber armour that feels excellent in the hand. They’re solid, well-balanced, and give off a real sense of quality craftsmanship. The eyecups deserve a shoutout—they’re tactile, comfortable, and hold their position very well, even with repeated use. The hinge is nicely tuned: it stays where you set it, without being too stiff or too loose. I also appreciated the feel of the focus wheel—smooth to operate with a good level of resistance, although there is a bit of play or backlash noticeable. Still, the overall handling is superb. The only downside is that they’re a bit on the heavier side at around 765g (for the 10x42 model), which may be a factor if you're planning to carry them over long distances. Optically, the Engage EDX really delivers. The image is sharp and crisp, with almost 90% clarity across the field of view. You get a fairly wide FOV—**340 ft

Looking through these binoculars is like seeing a movie. It feels just like these 4K high resolution television wild life documentary. I use it to watch birds in my feeders from my balcony (2-4 meters). Image is amazingly clear, sharp, more vivid then in reality, especially up close for birds. Optics is one of those fields where you get what you pay for. There is a true difference between a pair of binoculars at 50$ and 250$ I have owned Bushnell products for over 40 years now, to my entire satisfaction. I recommended these binoculars to bird lovers and everyone else.

Had these on my watchlist for a while and bought them on a whim when I saw the crazy low price (considering that these are 3 times the price in NZ), figured it was worth the gamble of buying unseen. Optics are great, CA is much less than other non-ED binoculars I've used, not entirely eliminated but that's almost impossible so meh. Image is bright and sharp, perfectly adequate low light performance. These binoculars are somewhat prone to shake, that is pretty standard for most 10x binoculars, opt for 8x if you have shaky hands. Weight is pretty standard for the category, rubber armour is on the thinner side so I would avoid dropping these binoculars if you can. Comfortable to hold, armour is pretty grippy despite being thin. Locking diopter takes some getting used to, works fine. Focus is slightly stiff but will loosen with time, perfectly usable out of the box. Looks very stylish and proffessional if that matters to you at all. Accessories are basic, carry case is functionable but flimsy, will be purchasing a better one seperately. Objective lens caps are not the best and pop off the lenses at every opportunity. Strap is functionable but basic, have used better. All in all, if you are looking for good optics and either don't care about accessories or are happy to buy 3rd party accessories, these are an excellent choice! Considering the low price paid, amazing value!
