Feel calmer on day 1
I suffer with anxiety and overthinking. I took these starting on a Monday in the morning. I felt the effects about an hour later. I felt calmer and much more relaxed. Very good product. Nice quality and actually works. It’s so hard to find a product that has lemon balm in the list of ingredients so I’m happy I found this.
