Not IR only
Is it reflective? Yes. Does it also reflect IR when viewed through NVGs, Also yes. You know what it isn’t? ONLY IR reflective. A true IR reflective patch should ONLY reflect IR. If it reflects white light too, it is not an IR reflective patch. The above picture was taken using a flash on an iphone, the true IR patch is on the left and did not reflect the white light of the flash. This patch is the one on the right and clearly reflected white light too.
