These bars are so yummy! I love that they are packed with fiber. An easy on the go snack to help me get my fiber intake in. Calories are pretty good on these. Size is great it does keep me full for a while. The consistency it just like a chewy granola bar and they pretty much taste the same but this has more benefits. It doesn’t get gross or melty when I leave it in my purse or car. Amazon has had the best price for these bars. Value for the money is great. These are a staple for me.

I bought these mainly for high fiber content. They are small but taste good and are enough. What i dont like is has bioengineered stuff in it. I will not purchase again. Sharing these to see what others think. The carb count is that of a meal so be careful dont eat alot.

Another one of my favorite nighttime snacks. Once I start eating them, I could consume the entire box. I will definitely be buying them again and highly recommend them.

We enjoyed the bars, handy for meal supplements with 20 g of protein. They were delicious too. Handling was rather difficult as these bars are very sticky.
