Good quality. It runs small, though. I had to return it and get a larger size.

I had a tumor removed from my parotid & the area kept filling up with saliva so I needed a pressure dressing. So far it has kept the swelling down and is way more comfortable than Coban or ace wrap. The Velcro stays in place, applies the compression needed, is easy for me to put on & off, the size fits accordingly and is working well.

UPDATED 11/19/25: The Velcro hooks started to fall apart. I am returning it. Original review of 4 stars when I first put it on is now 1. PREVIOUS: My son ordered this post-surgery compression garment for me. It arrived today. Fits well, which was the most important thing for me; I measured my neck with a measuring tape, as the website instructed, and it showed that the correct size would be Medium. Feels supportive without being tight. Material is OK, but not particularly soft and has too many stitches, feels like bra or girdle fabric, and it's a bit itchy. It looks cheap and flimsy. The velcro straps grab onto every part of the mask and when you try to separate it, it pulls on the fabric, causing thread-like fuzzy particles on the fabric the velcro stuck to, so you have to be super careful to keep the velcro away from the regular fabric of the mask. I've had it on now for approx. 30 minutes and it still feels supportive without being tight. One big drawback is the lack of instructions or pictures on how to put it on. I can figure most of it out, but it has 2 thin straps that I don't know where they go, but when you put on the velcro at the top of the head and the velcro at the back of the neck, it seems to fall into place. My surgeon had given me a support garment, which was also from Amazon; the material on that one felt fantastic and super soft (product details on Amazon say it's made from graphene), but it was uncomfortable because it was too tight (even after adjusting the straps); as I discovered by using the Transparency app and scanning the Amazon product code on my cell phone, which took me to the Amazon web page for the product, it was a size Small; apparently that one only comes in Small. I wish they would sell it in Medium and Large because it's super soft and smooth (feels like lycra mixed with thin, soft rubber), has an excellent design, almost no stitching, and came with basic instructions; the price is $9.49. The brand on that one is ROWMATE, and description on the Amazon product page is Graphene V-Line Mask Chin Up Mask V Shaped Face Mask Chin strap for sleeping, Jawline Shaper, Lilac, Small. This worked very well for me post facelift. I had no problem with sizing.

Just had lipo on my chin. I purchased this as a back up for the one my doctor had given me. But I ended up using this one more and the one my doctor gave me as a back up. Its thin but has a good stretch and hold. Doesn't hurt my ears. I really love it!

neck is too large at least for me. I purchased a medium sized and downsized to the small size. I am status post thyroid surgery with edema following surgery, and had a lot of fluid build up from my throat to the chin. I have been using ice packs and compression post surger. There is no way to adjust this any smaller and i am 5'7 135 lb so i don't understand how this could be a possibility. Very comfortable otherwise

I had radiation on the right side of my face due to a tumor from lymphoma cancer. I also had a biopsy where my neck lymph node was removed. Since then I developed a condition known as lymphedema whereby that side of face is always swollen making my face look weird. After doing some research on the internet I found out that I can use a product like this one when going to bed because it helps spread out the liquids in the affected part. I found one on the website which is specialized for this kind of products but the reviews were so bad. So I just searched around and found this product with much better reviews on Amazon. I purchased a small size because I wanted it tight. The small size worked better because it fitted my head perfectly as I currently have no hair after several chemotherapy runs. I have so far used it 4 times only and the swelling is almost gone. It fits perfectly and does not move as I sleep and since most swelling happens at night, that is the time that I use it. This product is priced reasonably because the website that sells the lymphedima products prices this type at $59.99. This product costs $19 here on Amazon, which is $40 less than the one on the lymphedima website. Yet this one has better reviews than the product on the specialized lymphedima website. The key is to choose the right size! I took a chance on a small size and it worked. It also comes in a very nice sachet that you can use to keep it in. Thank you for this amazing product. Well worth the money spent!

Did the truck and was much better than the one I got from my surgeon for my chin lipo/neck lift procedure.
