Other reviewers mention this has a retinol alternative because it contains bakuchiol. That's true for those who have trouble tolerating a retinoid (although many people who think they can't tolerate retinoids weren't patient enough in the break-in period--the biggest reason why the average "i give up" time for products with retinoids is around 6 months.). But if you can tolerate retinoids, you might try something i do a few times a week, which is to use this product with a retinoid. Bakuchiol has been shown to have synergistic effects with retinoids. And because Bakuchiol has anti inflammatory properties, it can also reduce irritation from a retinoid. When I first tried this I was wary of using a retinoid in the same routine with a product that also contains vitamin C--but I haven't had issues with Melatonik. I also sometimes alternate Melatonik and a retinoid during the course of the week, but I rarely use either one more than three times a week. One day breaks are good, too.

This product is amazing. Be patient , takes at least a month before you will see a change. And then WOW, even skin tone, no redness, age spits lightened, wrinkles lessened. It’s expensive but 1 bottle lasts me about 6 months. Follow directions- only need 4 drops for face

This product was used on my face by my dermatologist after a skin procedure that cleanses and sloughs off dead skin. I was so impressed by the moisturizing it provided, I use it nightly in my face routine. Makes your skin soft and supple as it repairs. Love it.

Works wonderful good ingredients

I just ordered my 2nd bottle and will continue to use after this one is gone too. I thought it seemed quite expensive at first, but that tiny bottle lasted me about 6 months...a little bit of product goes a long way. So it is not as expensive as you might think. I am 75 years old and noticed a difference in my skin within the first few weeks and it got even better in the months afterward.. I also use my Bobbie Brown moisturizer during the day. Between the two products, my skin has never looked better, Definitely worth a try. Also, the smell is very mild and I am usually quite sensitive to strong odors. I hardly notice any odor at all with this product.

Yo uso un aceite de jojoba en las noches en la cara y quería probar este producto ya que sirve para disminuir “las arrugas”. Tengo rato queriendo probar esta marca. No es un aceite tal cual humectante como el aceite de joboba, pero si me gustó. El producto tiene un sustituto de retinol que sirve para mejorar la apariencia de la piel y el acabado mate que produce el aceitito de isdin se siente rico en la cara. Quiero pensar que es el 1er paso para empezar a usar retinol. Ojo el producto reseca no hidrata, ya que es parecido al retinol. Lo que hago es aplicar el aceite luego mi hidratante nocturno. Tiene un aroma sutil que no me molesta. Mi esposo si notó el cambio de olor en mi cara, pero cuando empecé a aplicar el humectante sobre el aceite, se acabó el “olor”. Dice que solo se use de noche.

Amo la marca llevo varios años usando ISDIN de todo, amo la marca. Este suero no lo había comprado y me hacía falta. Es un poco caro para ser de farmacia dermatológica, pero es mas barato que productos de marca de lujo que están llenos de siliconas e ingredientes que pueden no se buenos para la piel. Este suero Melatonik vale cada centavo, no irrita nada la piel, la deja suave y aterciopelada y muy hidratada. Se complementa de maravilla con la crema de noche Isdinceutics de tarro negro. Mi piel es grasa y le cae de maravilla sobre todo ahora en invierno.Recomiendo mucho este producto y todos los productos de ISDIN en general sobre todo la linea Isdinceutics.

Buenos resultados aunque hay que apegarse a una frecuencia de uso porque si lo usas frecuentemente tiende a resecarse la piel, tarda un par de semanas en verse la eficacia.

Mi cara se siente distinta súper más lisa y mi piel más sana, aunque el efecto no es inmediato
